Cancellation Policy
Pitch Accelerator Academy: Participant Policy Agreement This Participant Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the participant ("Participant") and Ariel Laura Metayer/The Luminous Lab, the coach facilitating the Pitch Accelerator Academy. By enrolling in the Pitch Accelerator Academy, the Participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below: 1. Non-Refundable Fee: The Participant acknowledges that the course fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of enrollment, materials, and coaching services provided by the Coach, Ariel Laura Metayer 2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the Pitch Accelerator Academy, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, discussions, and insights gained. The Participant shall not disclose, disseminate, or share this information with any third party without the express written consent of the Coach, Ariel Laura Metayer. 3. Non-Compete: During and after the duration of the Pitch Accelerator Academy, the Participant agrees not to directly compete with the Coach , Ariel Laura Metayer, by offering similar coaching services or courses within a 12 month timeframe following the completion of the program. 4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, templates, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Coach. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials for commercial purposes or share them with the public without the express written permission of the Coach. 5. Personal Consultation Sessions: The Participant is entitled to 30-minute weekly personal consultation sessions with the Coach. These sessions are intended for individual guidance and support. Any information shared during these sessions is also subject to confidentiality. 6. Termination of Participation: The Coach reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, the course fee remains non-refundable. 7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Luminous Lab under the state of New York. By enrolling in the Pitch Accelerator Academy, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Participant Policy Agreement.
